Q:  How do you determine how much you will offer for my house?
A:  Our process is very simple. We have to check out the location of the property, what repairs have to be completed, the condition of the property, and the comparable home values recently sold in the area. So there are many pieces of information that we look at so we can come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
